Panda (Studio) Party

How it works here at our studio.

(For a party you need a minimum of 8 participants and minimum £100 spend)

Once you decide on a date then get in touch to book one of our studio areas:

Panda room (9 guests)+£20 studio fee
Or a space in the main studio (10-20 guests) +£35 studio fee

*Private hire also available!

Our studio can be booked on the weekend for a max of 2 hours between 10am and 3pm.
Please arrive at least 10 mins beforehand. You will have a special party table with your selected ceramics & glazes ready to get started. We will help your guests settle in with a brief overview and take fingerprints for the special birthday tile (our gift to the birthday child).

Our parties will differ depending on the occasion, please call us to discuss your requirements beforehand.

Children under 10, please note that we ask for 2 adults to remain for the duration of the party to ensure that the children remain seated throughout. This is a workshop and full of breakables plus there may be other painters at adjoining tables.

Catering

*Please note that we currently do not arrange food or cake however you are welcome to arrange cake and party bags yourselves so long as it’s all contained on your own table.

We kindly ask that you take away all your rubbish afterwards.

We will be on hand to offer creative suggestions so everyone can create something beautiful to treasure forever.

We provide all the materials you need from paint, bisque, brushes, stencils, sponges and much more so you just can sit back and relax and let your creative juices flow.

We want you to have fun and enjoy the experience leaving all stresses at the door. It is a really therapeutic activity.

After the party we will collect up all the ceramics and keep them at our studio so we can dry them out, glaze them in our lovely dazzle dip glaze then finally fire them in our kiln.

Please allow up to 10 days for this process. We will aim for 1 week however during our busier times it could take 10 days.

When do I pay for the party?

1. Panda Studio Party– held at our studio

25% Deposit taken at time of booking. If the party is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice we reserve the right to retain this deposit.

Total cost of the party to be paid on the day of the party less the 25% deposit.

2. Takeaway Panda – You collect and host.

Party is paid for in full at the time of booking.

Do you take a deposit?

1. Panda Studio Party

25% Deposit taken at time of booking. If the party is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice we reserve the right to retain this deposit.

Total cost of the party to be paid on the day of the party less the 25% deposit.

2. Take Away Panda

£20 refundable deposit to be paid on collection of your party box.

Any breakages separate to the party pieces or any excessive damage to be paid for. When the box and all its contents are returned we will refund your deposit.

What if I need to cancel?

*Should you wish to cancel the event – 100% refund if cancelled 14 days or more before the event. 75% refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event. No refund if cancelled on the day of the event.

Are there any other costs?

Small Studio fee for groups of 8 or more.

When will my items be ready?

Once we have glazed and fired your items we will arrange with you to either collect all fired items from our studio or we could deliver them out to you within 10 days to distribute them.
